Services
Seven service lines, one team. Managed IT, custom development, networking, security, cloud, web, and digital preservation.
How we work
Whether you need a complete IT department or a single focused project, we structure engagements around outcomes. Discovery first, scope second, and a written agreement that lays out what we will do, when it will be done, and what it will cost. No mystery invoices.
Managed IT Services
End-to-end IT support for organizations that need a real partner. Monitoring, patching, help desk, vendor management, and strategic guidance. Includes documented runbooks for every site we touch.
Custom Software and Development
Web applications, desktop tools, mobile apps, internal automations, scripts, and integrations. We work in PHP, Python, C#, Go, Node, and others. We treat code like infrastructure: version controlled, tested, and documented.
Network and Infrastructure
Switching, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, structured cabling, and IoT segmentation. We design networks for resilience, then document them so the next person knows what they are looking at.
Cybersecurity
Endpoint protection, security assessments, employee training, incident response, and compliance support. We are CMMC-aware, CJIS-aware, and have walked customers through audits.
Cloud and Backup
Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud deployments. Backup strategy, disaster recovery runbooks, and business continuity planning that gets tested, not just documented.
Web and Branding
Websites, content management, e-commerce, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. We build sites that load fast, rank well, and accurately represent the organization behind them.
Digital Preservation and Imaging
Drone imaging and aerial mapping. Photo and document scanning at archive quality. Map and oversize scanning on flatbed and large-format scanners. Legacy media digitization from floppy disks, ZIP disks, optical media, and tape. Fragile and historic document handling with conservator-aware workflows. We deliver finished assets with descriptive metadata, in formats your archive will still be able to open in 20 years.
