Program Description

By opting in to SMS from a web form, by replying to a confirmation message, or by texting an opt-in keyword to a number we provide, you are agreeing to receive SMS text messages from Alebrije Digital Services.

This program is a transactional messaging service used to communicate with active customers and employees. The types of messages you can expect to receive include:

  • Ticket status updates when a support ticket is assigned, updated, or resolved.
  • Appointment reminders for scheduled on-site or remote service visits.
  • Critical IT notifications about outages, security incidents, or planned maintenance windows affecting your systems.
  • Two-factor authentication codes when you request them during sign-in.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. A customer with an open support ticket may receive several messages in a single day. A customer with no active engagements may go weeks or months without any messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Alebrije Digital Services does not charge for messages sent or received through this program.

Opt-Out

To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive any further messages from this program.

To resubscribe after opting out, text START.

Supported Carriers

Supported on major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS consent records are governed by our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Your phone number and consent record are used solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive.

How to Opt In

SMS subscription is available through two channels:

  1. Public contact form. Complete the form at https://alebrijedigitalservices.com/contact and check the box labeled "SMS consent" before submitting. The checkbox is unchecked by default; you must affirmatively select it to receive SMS messages. A phone number is required.
  2. Client support portal. Authorized client employees who have an account at https://support.alebrijedigitalservices.com/ can opt in from their notification settings page after logging in. The same disclosure language and consent capture is used.
