- Service delivery information for active customers, including support ticket history, appointment records, system inventories, and other operational data necessary to provide the services you have engaged us for.
- Basic website analytics, including page views, referrers, browser type, and approximate location. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Cookies necessary for site functionality, such as session and security cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and proposals submitted through our website or by other means.
- Deliver the services you have engaged us for, including support, software development, network management, scanning, drone imaging, and other services described on this site.
- Send transactional SMS messages about your support tickets, appointments, and critical IT notifications, but only if you have opted in.
- Improve our website and services through anonymous analytics.
- Meet our legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising or third-party marketing.
Who We Share Personal Information With
We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers who help us operate the business, such as our email host, web host, CRM, helpdesk system, and SMS messaging provider. These vendors operate under written contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only as we direct.
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or the public.
- Business successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality and continuation of this policy's protections.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
SMS Consent and Phone Numbers
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Information you provide to opt in to SMS messaging from Alebrije Digital Services, including your phone number and the consent record, will not be sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Phone numbers may be processed by our SMS messaging provider (RingCentral) solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive, under a written contract that requires confidentiality and prohibits any other use.
SMS opt-in is captured through one of two channels: the public contact form at https://alebrijedigitalservices.com/contact, or the authenticated client support portal at https://support.alebrijedigitalservices.com/. How We Protect Personal Information
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These include encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, vendor due diligence, and incident response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS consent records are retained for the life of your subscription plus a reasonable archival period as required by carrier rules.
Your Choices and Rights

- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by emailing the address above.
- Update or correct contact information by emailing the address above.
- Disable cookies through your browser settings.
Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, and certain other jurisdictions have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to correct inaccuracies, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of certain uses. We honor these rights regardless of where you live.
Children's Privacy
This website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
